When you create an account, we collect your email address, profile details (such as name, goals, and preferences), and content you create in the app.

We also collect usage data needed to operate the service: journal entries, program progress, streaks, affirmations, vision board items, and subscription status.

• Account: email, name, avatar, timezone, notification preferences
• Content you create: journal, affirmations, vision board, routines completed
• Payment: handled by Stripe or NOWPayments — we store subscription tier and billing references, not full card numbers
• Technical: device/browser data, IP address, and cookies required for authentication

We use your data to provide and personalize Llumina: daily routines, programs, affirmations, AI features (when enabled), and email reminders you opt into.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Llumina relies on trusted processors to run the platform. Data is shared only as needed to provide the service.

• Supabase — authentication, database, file storage, and edge functions
• Stripe — card payments and subscription billing
• NOWPayments — optional cryptocurrency checkout
• Resend — transactional and reminder emails
• OpenRouter — AI-generated content for Premium features (prompts you submit)
• Vercel — application hosting

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (such as theme). Analytics or marketing cookies are not required for core use of Llumina.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent login from working correctly.

We retain your account data while your account is active. You may export your data from Settings at any time.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and associated user content from our systems, subject to short backup retention windows.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
